Holly K Smyth is the Founder of HSO Agency with nearly a decade of experience in digital marketing, cinematic video production and brand storytelling.

A serial entrepreneur by nature, she combines creativity with commercial clarity, delivering work defined by precision, luxury, and purpose. Holly's career has been shaped by work alongside Irish governing bodies and leading organisations within the marketing sector, where she refined a strategic, performance-led approach to brand building.

Featuring on television and radio from the age of 15, Holly developed an early understanding of narrative, presence, and audience connection.
A lifelong passion for sport and motorsport led Holly to realise a long-held ambition founding Team HSO Racing in 2024, now competing alongside the British Superbike Championship.
